Our Sports Performance Group Training is tailored for athletes aged 9-17 and is offered five days a week (Monday through Friday). Each 1-hour session is divided into two components
Footwork, Speed, Agility, and Coordination

Strength and Resistance Training
The second half incorporates age-appropriate strength exercises to build power and endurance.
